Starbucks Reserve
While working at Starbucks, one of my main products was the Siren Customer Technology Center (SCTC). A remote admin that allowed support engineers to access digital displays located at Starbucks Reserve stores across the globe. My role was working with support engineers, product management, and engineers to enhance the features of this product. In this case study, you will see one feature upgrade for this admin.
